Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about rebate sticker programs.

About the Service

What exactly do you do?

We print QR code rebate stickers, manage escrow accounts for rebate funds, and handle the customer redemption process. You put stickers on products, customers scan them to get money back via PayPal. We verify receipts and process payments.

Who uses this?

Product manufacturers who want to increase sales, distributors who need to push specific SKUs, and retailers who want vendor-funded promotions. If you have physical products sold in stores, this can work for you.

What kinds of products work with rebate stickers?

Anything with packaging that can hold a sticker - beverages, food products, tools, beauty products, electronics, pet supplies, household goods. If it's sold in a store and has a surface, it works.

Costs and Pricing

How much do the stickers cost?

Sticker printing typically runs $0.05-0.15 per sticker depending on quantity, size, and design complexity. Higher volumes get better pricing.

What other fees are there?

We charge a small percentage of each rebate processed. No setup fees, no monthly minimums. You also fund the actual rebate amounts in escrow.

How does escrow work?

You deposit money to cover potential rebate redemptions into an FDIC-insured escrow account. When customers submit valid claims, rebates are paid from this account. Unused funds are returned to you when the campaign ends.

Can I start small?

Yes. Most people start with a few hundred stickers on one product to test. Once you see how it works and what your redemption rate is, you can decide whether to scale up.

How It Works

What's the customer experience like?

Customer scans QR code with their phone camera. They're taken to a simple page where they upload a photo of their receipt and enter their PayPal email. After we verify, they get paid - usually within minutes.

How do you verify receipts?

We check that the receipt shows the correct product, store, and date range. We also track patterns to identify potential fraud - like multiple claims from the same person or suspicious submission behavior.

What if someone tries to cheat?

We have systems to detect fraudulent claims: unique QR codes, receipt verification, duplicate detection, and pattern analysis. We flag suspicious activity and only pay legitimate claims.

How fast can I launch?

Sticker design, printing, and shipping typically takes about a week. Your redemption system is ready as soon as stickers go on products.

Logistics

Where do you ship stickers?

Anywhere in the US. We can ship to your facility, your distributor's warehouse, or directly to retail locations - wherever makes sense for your supply chain.

Who applies the stickers?

That's up to you. Your manufacturing team, your warehouse, your distributor, or retail staff can apply them. Whoever touches the product last before it hits the shelf is usually the best option.

Can I use different rebate amounts for different products?

Yes. Each sticker batch can have its own rebate amount, time limits, and rules. You can run multiple campaigns simultaneously for different products or regions.

Can I set geographic restrictions?

Yes. You can limit redemptions by state or region if needed - useful if you're testing in specific markets or have regulatory requirements.

Reporting

What data do I get?

Redemption counts, redemption rate, where purchases were made, when they were made, and customer email addresses (with consent). This is often more data than you'd normally get from retail sales.

Can I export the data?

Yes. Full export capabilities. Use it for your own analysis or integrate with your existing systems.
